Vinification and ageing
The wine is made from a blend of native red grapes traditional to the Garda area (Marzemino, Groppello, Sangiovese and Barbera), grown using the Guyot system and harvested manually to ensure the integrity and selection of the raw material. After destemming, the grapes undergo a short period of skin maceration in stainless steel tanks, aimed at the controlled extraction of colouring and aromatic compounds. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in the same temperature-controlled vessels. Maturation and ageing continue in steel for several months in order to preserve freshness, aromatic precision and structural balance before stabilisation and bottling.

Organoleptic characteristics
The vinification process involves brief contact between the skins and the must. This step gives the wine a bright coral pink colour, which is matched by an intensely pleasant taste. The nose reveals notes of raspberry and blackcurrant that enhance its freshness.
