It's a white wine with gold highlights, a dry taste, a delicate perfume and a complete structure.
On the nose has buttery wood shot through with floral notes, and some hints of fruit as well.
The wood is not much pronounced and there's a pleasant spiciness to the bouquet.
It comes in the market after having been bottled for six months.
The wine will go well with white meats, fish dishes, a wide variety of cheese and not spicy sausages.
